Takashi Fujita's practice covers drafting and prosecution of both domestic and foreign patent applications in the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, on-chip cell sorter technology, medical devices and mechatronics. Takashi Fujita has nearly two decades of experience in drafting and prosecution of patent specifications, strategic consulting on filing and prosecution of the patent applications, drafting opinions on validity of patents and patentability of patent applications as well as assisting patent litigations.
