Main Areas of Practice

After receiving a Master of Science in chemistry, she had dealt with prosecution in the field of chemicals, pharmaceuticals and machines for around 8 years as a patent attorney. Being qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2007, she has been mainly engaged in IP litigation, especially patent litigation in a wide variety of technical fields, invalidation trials and litigation rescinding the trial decision for Japanese and foreign corporations as well as unfair competition cases. She also has the experience of being involved in the large-scale suit regarding Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
