Main Areas of Practice

After prosecuting patents in the field of chemicals, pharmaceuticals and machines for around 8 years, Kaoru Kuroda has mainly engaged in litigations in connection to patent law and unfair competition law since 2007. She also has the experience of being involved in the large-scale suit regarding Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and Act for Limitation of Liability of Ship Owners.
