Main Areas of Practice

Hideto Sasaki's motto is "the best results for the client". He provides consultations for general corporate practice. He has ample experiences in the following areas of practice:

Business rebuilding: In the area of legal and private rebuilding, he provides consultations and acts as counsel from the drafting of a business rebuilding plan to its implementation and completion, taking consideration of all interested parties including not only the entities under businesses rebuilding procedure but also creditors and sponsors.

Intellectual Property Rights: He handles dispute resolution through litigation and alternative dispute resolution while he provides proposals for dispute preventive methods, both in Japan and abroad, in connection to patent, trademark, copyright and unfair competition law.

Compliance: He deals with such matters as creation of legal compliance systems and investigations of actual compliance.

In future, Mr. Sasaki wants to provide "the best results for the client", taking consideration of a wider perspective based on his knowledge and experience in regard to corporate management.
