Main Areas of Practice

Tomohiro Yoneyama is a partner in Abe, Ikubo & Katayama where he mainly deals with bankruptcy and restructuring cases including cross-border matters. Also, he has much experience in litigation related to domestic and international commercial disputes, especially in the area of intellectual property, securities and franchise contracts.

While being seconded to the Ministry of Justice of Japan from 2008 to 2009, he was engaged in drafting the bill of the State Immunity Act, and amending the Companies Act-related regulations.
