In her 15-year experience, she has been engaged in more than 100 patent infringement litigation cases across a broad spectrum of technologies, from medical equipment, medicine, beverage, sports products, chemical materials, machines, and semiconductors to telecommunication systems. She also has broad experience in invalidation trials and litigation rescinding trial decisions. Her specialized fields and skills extends beyond litigation into drafting license agreements regarding copyrighted works, designs and trademarks, as well as unfair competition cases.
