Business Court will celebrate its grand opening in October 2022

The Intellectual Property High Court and a part of the Tokyo District Court (Intellectual Property Division, etc.) will be relocated from the current office in Kasumigaseki, Tokyo to a new building in Nakameguro, Tokyo. The Business Court is expected to become a one-stop service office for handling business cases including intellectual property related cases.
